WBC has partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed within 24 hours.

    

  • How do I add Route+ protection ?

To protect your order against damage, loss or theft, click on the button just above checkout to turn it ON.

     
  • How much does it cost ?

If the order value is under $100 it is $0.98 (around 0.82€).

If the order value is over $100 it is 2.5% of the purchase price (excuding shipping fees).

              

  • What if my order never arrives or is stolen ?

When you insure your orders with Route+, lost or stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds. Please file a claim and it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

 

  • What if my order is damaged ?

When you insure your orders with Route+, damaged items are eligible for reorders or refunds. Please file a claim and it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

             

  • How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order ?

If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here :

Make sure to have the Order ID or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.      

All issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date.

Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

  • Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Lost (domestic): Between 7* and 30 days from the last tracking update
  • Lost (international): Between 20* and 30 days from the last tracking update
  • Stolen: Between 5* and 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

 *Route requires these wait-to-file periods for stolen and lost orders as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered.
