WBC ships worldwide from France.

     

  • Shipping prices

Prices depend on your location and are based on weight.

- Standard : your parcel cannot be tracked during the shipment. However you can check the tracking once it's delivered to you on LaPoste website.

- Colissimo : your parcel can be tracked on LaPoste website

⚠️ It happens that the tracking number is not working :

- If you chose the standard option, it often means that french postal services have not scanned your package into their system. WBC has unfortunately no control on this. Colissimo is recommended if you need a more reliable and detailed tracking.

- If you chose Colissimo option (tracked shipping), please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated.

Free Shipping

Shipping are free to France on all orders over 100€ (discount excluded).

Shipping are free worldwide on all orders over 200€ (discount excluded).

Please note that prices can vary from year to year accordingly with postal services rates. Free shipping minimum may vary. WeirdBrain reserves the right to change these amounts without notice.

          

  • Shipping time

Shipping time corresponds to the estimated numbers of days between the date of dispatch and the date you receive the package (different from processing time).

Domestic (France) : 1 - 5 business days

Europe : 3 - 7 business days

Rest of the world : 3 - 10 business days

⚠️ COVID-19 : due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be a delay in delivery which is normal. Once your package is shipped, please contact your local post office for any query about the shipment of your package.

Please note that time can vary depending on the carrier. After it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number confirmation.

      

  • Additionnal fees

WBC is not responsible of any additional fees after shipping. You are responsible for all duties and import fees (outside the EU).

   

  • Wrong personnal details

WBC is not responsible of the loss of your package or delivery delay in case of wrong adress/name provided by the customer. If the package returns back to WBC, you will be immediately informed by email. As you are responsible of your personal information, you will be in charge to pay shipping fees again. Once WBC receives the correct address/name and the payment, your package will be sent in priority.

Please note that no refund or exchange will be granted so be sure to check your contact details before any purchase.
