WBC ships worldwide from France.

Shipping prices

Prices depend on your location and are based on weight.

- Standard : for small packages with basic tracking

- Colissimo : for bigger packages with detailed tracking, faster delivery.

Please note that prices can vary from year to year accordingly with postal services rates.        

Shipping time

Shipping time corresponds to the estimated numbers of days between the date of dispatch and the date you receive the package (different from processing time).

Please note that time can vary depending on the carrier. After it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number confirmation.

Additionnal fees

Weirdbrain is not responsible of any additional fees after shipping. You are responsible for all duties and import fees (outside the EU).

Shipping & delivery issues

Weirdbrain is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect personal details provided by the customer (such as wrong name or address).

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, or if the package is not collected from the carrier within the allocated time, the parcel may be returned to Weirdbrain.

In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as the package is received back. As the shipping service has already been carried out, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply. The order will be resent once the updated details (if needed) and the new shipping payment have been received.

Please note that no refund or exchange will be granted so be sure to check your contact details before any purchase.
